I’m an American living in Germany and usually have my VPN on, set in the US. When I try to access TikTok with it in, I get this message:
"TikTok is temporarily unavailable We're working hard to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience."
It's also not the VPN itself, because when I switch it to other countries I don't get this error.
To me it's apparent that US TikTok has been separated from the rest of the world.

To me it seems accounts made outside the US cannot access US TikTok yet. I made one with a VPN yesterday and when I turn the VPN off it doesn’t work.
It will just take time to reinstate the same level try it in a day again
There is a Tiktok mod that updated during the ban to bypass the ban. You will probably find it on mobilism or telegram for the newest and always remember to scan for viruses.
You also want that Tiktok plugin that allows some customization. Such as change download folder and other things.
Pup or pua on a virus scan is only potentially unwanted applications or potentially unwanted program. Means the same thing.
Or will say riskware. Because hacks or mods often have this issue.
Antivirus companies are paid to detect non virus programs to confuse people and make everything more risky.
Also tools you use to crack stuff with will do this. Some people want to pay and viruses sometimes change things for a different reason that is similar.
