Open source Facebook network?

Anyone who understands what this means, can you break it down in layman terms? Is this just allowing Facebook access to data or allowing us to share directly to the platform from TikTok?

I saw someone post that this means they migrated the data to FB's network so I looked to find it in my TikTok Terms and Policies.

TikTok has had a connect with Facebook option for many years. Because of this, they require you to comply with Facebook's terms if you choose to use this feature

This looks like the text that Facebook adds to the user agreement of any site that offers a connect to Facebook option
