What are the exact rules on blood and violence in TikTok?

I put out my first video recently and it was immideately banned from recommendations due to violation of community guidelines. The guidelines themselves are quite vague, the only thing in my video that could somehow cause that was a picture of a cartoony drawn zombie woman – there wasn't even any gore or dismemberment, just a evil looking girl non-realistic fully clothed adult cartoony woman with sharp teeth and some blood on her.

I have deleted that video and put out another one, completely different from the first, and it wasn't banned, and got views, so, I guess, the first video itself was the problem.

But I have seen some uncensored Mortal Kombat fatalities in my recommendations, so I honestly can't figure how exactly should I manuever through that – I am a metal musician and grim aesthetics are kinda my thing. Is any depiction of blood prohibited? What about "bad words" in lyric edits, like "kill" or something? What about women in swimsuit-tier state of clothing?
