You can install it via Signulous, which involves enabling developer mode on your iPhone. It's like $20 but allows you to sideload a ton of apps.

Since I just did this today,

1. Go to signulous . com on phone, register your UUID and download profile to phone. Install profile by going to Settings app, there will be an option for Profiles Loaded.

2. Go to Settings-> Privacy & Security -> Enable Developer Mode. If this is not turned on, if you have access to Xcode, plug your phone into USB and open Xcode, Developer Mode should pop up. If you don't have access to Xcode, try tapping your phone's serial number 9 times in Settings -> General -> About.

3. After you turn on Developer Mode and you've installed the profile, you'll be prompted to restart your phone.

4. Go back to Signulous, go to App Library -> do a search for TikTok.

5. Click sign Tiktok, there will be a spinny wheel for a second before a prompt to install. Hit install app and TikTok will install via Sideload.

Those who lost faith in tiktok got punished and lost access :)
