The executive order said that someone in the government was going to draft official documents stating that the app stores wouldn't be prosecuted for hosting the app during the 75 day pause on the ban.

So assuming Apple considers that good enough assurances, should be back in a day or two, I guess.

You need to create a new account with a region outside of the US using a VPN and log into it on the app store. Worked no problem for me.

Can you just watch it from tiktok.com in the mean time? You can log into your tiktok account there and watch it on a web browser.
