Why do I see the same 40 videos?

Millions of videos uploaded per day and every single time I log in I see the same videos. Is it broken? This has been going on for several weeks now.

why is it that i can't see some comments under my own post, but if i use another acc then im able to see the comments? is there any way to fix this??
