Driving to Canada tonight download app?
Hello all! I live near Detroit and it only takes about 30 minutes for me to get into Canada. Does anyone know if driving across the border will allow me to download Tik Tok back?

If you create a second App Store account with a spare email and set the region to Canada it should work I think. I’ve done it to download Japanese apps before. You might need to hit up McDonald’s or Starbucks to get wifi.
Also I could be totally wrong.

You'll have to switch your App Store region to Canada and if you have any active subscriptions, it'll make you cancel them. You can do it without leaving your house using a VPN.
Side note, if you download the app with your region set to Canada, even after you switch the region back to USA, it'll be expecting the British spellings for certain words like centre, colour, favourite, tyre, etc. I didn't notice right away but today I typed realize and it had the red squiggle under it for not being realise.
