Since tik tok’s return my fyp isn’t changing. I tried resetting it and searching for content i want to see and liking it but still my fyp remains the same. Since it isn’t the same anymore imma just delete it.

In which case you won't be able to get it back because the app has been removed from stores.

Go to setting - content preferences - manage Topics & use the controls to tweak your feed.
