Tiktok in the US is now being heavily censored.

I am going to go on a limb and say the "deal" they reached with Shou as a sort of compromise is to make US Tiktok very censored and not touch the other ones.

Deleted TikTok. The trump message after they came back online was enough. Then the attendance of the CEO at the inauguration. Then these reports of demonetization and censorship. It's a sinking ship that was ruined by the US government and corporate greed. Like everything that goes wrong in this fkin country.

Tbh even from the U.K. I’ve seen a lot less content than I used to. My algorithm has definitely been altered a little. I’ve not seen Dean on my fyp since before the “ban”

but if this is real then the best case scenario would be that everything becomes normal once they sold tiktok.

but put yourself in tiktok’s shoes, it makes a lot of sense to suck up to trump right now. you can still talk shit once you’re officially back in business (aka bought up by an american company)
