Auto-renewal for next month cancelled

I signed up 6 months ago to subscribe to a creator I love. My auto-renewal has been cancelled for next month. When I try to resume auto-renewal it says that it can't connect to apple severs and to check my internet connection. My internet is fine. Is this just something that's due to the ban? Is it just being glitchy? Thanks!
