Can I delete my account and then post some of those old videos on the new one?

I have an account that I made a couple of years ago but then I stopped posting for more than a year. I only have a few videos there and few followers so I don't care about deleting it. I know you can't repost a video you've already posted with another account as it gets shadowbanned - been there, done that. But what if I delete my account? Can I repost some of those videos on the new one?
