Does music sound different to anyone else?

Does anyone else notice that music sounds slightly different (more vibrant I'd say) on tiktok than other places?

I frequently come across a song on tiktok and then go find it on YouTube only to be a little disappointed by how it sounds slightly more dull.

Does tiktok maybe do some kind of automatic equalisation on audio uploads?

I'm using the android app fyi. I haven't tested it via a browser or anything else.
