Tiktok app glitches my phone

Does anybody else's phone do this?? It's like every other TT video my friend texts me, my phone glitches when I watch their video. It's hard to explain but when I leave the TT app after watching the video, my phone opens up TT like nonstop, even after swiping up the app. I don't get it and I don't know what to do.
