So I was able to access it hours ago but when I try to open it now all I get is the app instantly closing again or a notification telling me "there's a bug" and "I need to update the app"
Also something about clearing my cache? I tried doing that and that did nothing

You're not going to get any updates for it because it's not in the play store. TikTok is still essentially banned, so there's going to be glitches until eventually it stops altogether.
Delete it and redownload it again? It’s not that hard to download it, location services turn them off in settings, change region in app store, download vpn, power off ur phone turn it on again, turn on VPN to canada then ur set.
