tik tok said they’d respond to my ban appeal in 7 days

So when are they going to respond? I got banned wrongfully and they said it’d take a week for us to responds. I also sent them various emails on the feedback website and have only gotten two responses, both of which stating to wait seven days. It’s been over a week and i’m wondering when they’re going to respond.
