Hi, I'm on the German app store and can see it but get an error every time. When I switch to the American app store (I'm an American in Germany), I can't see it. I've tried downloading with a VPN and no luck. Anyone else?
If you first downloaded the Tiktok app in America, it's connected to America forever and can not be downloaded no matter where you are in the world, even with VPN, as long as it's banned.
