Anyone else having issues

With some ppl getting those dms and some not? My friend and I have a 101 day streak not our messages aren't being seen today... We can see we sent them but the other person can't see it we can see the 3 dots when we type to each other but when we got send nothing comes thru but I can send some other friends and they see it. We don't want to lose our streak out just started today anyone know what's going on?
