Messages not being received?

My friend is sending me a bunch of videos and messages and I’m not receiving any of them on the app. I’m on iPhone and she’s on Android. She’s seeing mine, but I’m not seeing hers and I’m wondering if anyone else is having this problem of has had this problem?

Mostly asking because I want to keep our streak lol

Same thing is happening to me with my conversation with my husband. I’m so annoyed cause our streak is 226 days and it’s been stuck on grey all day cause of this problem 😭
