iCloud screwed me

It looks like it got offloaded automatically, which is a setting that you enable in storage. if you really want it back try this, I’ve heard it work before (can’t have an active Apple care subscription): download a VPN app, set your location to Canada but do not activate VPN, then go to App Store and go to your iCloud profile then change your region from US to Canada. You will select none for payment and put in a Canadian address from homes for sale on Zillow, a random Canada phone number from a business, then go to the VPN app and connect. Once connected you should close and reopen App Store, and be able to redownload the app
