Spam accounts

I keep getting inbox spammed by duplicate fake accounts. There is an account I follow (let's say the account is Bob The Builder) and there are 100s of fake Bob The Builder accounts and for some reason they are spamming me. In the past 15 mins I received 10 messages and a few follows from fake BTB accounts. What can I do? Tik tok should not allow this to happen.
