TikTok Shop Refunds

Probably a dumb question, but I recently ordered five items from the TikTok Shop. I received an offer stating that if I ordered five items, I would get $100 worth of coupons. I (stupidly) thought this meant I would receive $100 to spend freely on the TikTok Shop. I realized my mistake after purchasing the items and receiving the coupons. Would anything happen if I canceled all the orders? I haven’t used the coupons on anything.
