What does use me as a repost button mean

It's when you want to repost something but can't because your followers will see it. Instead, you like the comment that says "use me as a repost button"

Usually people post these comments when there are videos that are just too risky to repost. It can be embarrassing for some if they repost it, or there are others who don't simply want to see it on their reposts. When people like the comment for that, they are saying that they relate to the video and they want to repost it, but it's too risky of a repost (NSFW for example).
