Does anyone know why I can't access Live Gaming Mobile?

My account has over 1k followers, I'm from the UK, it's a gaming account with gaming videos, loads of my friends from the UK have access to it, it says on Live Studio that I should have access. I've tried on 2 devices and they both don't have the option (one android and one iOS).

I messaged tiktok and they said this.
