iPhone to Android Switch. Will I lose tiktok?

I was thinking about switching over from my iPhone 14 pro max which currently has tiktok to the S25 Ultra. With this already being a big switch, does anyone know if all my apps (including tiktok) will be transferred over with Samsung switch?

it won’t, i got a new iphone (an XR to a 12) and transferred everything on january 20th and i still lost tiktok on my new phone. i just didn’t delete my old one (bought the new one out right so i own both phones) so currently my old XR is currently being used solely for tiktok. if you have the option to keep your old phone i would. if you’re upgrading id wait if possible or you’d risk losing tiktok

It’s easy to download on Android or Apple.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, on Android couldn't you just find the most recent version of TikTok in the form of an apk on the browser, then download and install it?

If this is the case, you'll only need to go into your settings and allow "downloads from unknown sources" temporarily until you get the app installed.

You can use Samsung's Smart Switch to get Tik Tok from any other Samsung phone that has it. There is an option to send/receive individual apps.

I switch from 16 pro max to s25 ultra.

You'll need a VPN I had mine set to mexico, then just go to the site and search tiktok. APKMirror,

After your done you can turn off the VPN and use tiktok as normal
