Why are you still here?

For those who deleted TT and tried to download it again and can't, I can get why you'd want to be in this sub. Wanting to stay updated and whatnot.

However, for those who chose to delete it just being triggered by Trump "saving the internet🙄" why do you stay in this sub? Why stay here just to moan, convince others to delete it and clog up the feed?

I could care less about Trump, but I enjoy the app and could care less if others do or not. I'm just curious why so many people who dislike TT are choosing to still use the sub? Why not fully "stick it to the man"?

Discourse is important. If you only allow yourself to be around people who explicitly agree with you on everything, you're stunting your own growth. That being said, there is obviously a difference between discussion and bullying. Bullying isn't productive, I'm clearly against it and I'm sorry if that has happened to you, but learning to distinguish the two is a pretty important skill to work on for everyone.

It’s “couldn’t care less”. And we couldn’t care less that you’re annoyed we’re still here. I’m still here because I think it’s interesting to see how people choose to talk about TikTok. I’m sure there are many other reasons, too.
