their guidelines do, unfortunately, state multiple times that all content you post as a creator must be entirely original. i would assume the only "workaround" would be using part of someone else's content alongside your own, which could be considered transforming it into new content.

Yeah, you're not allowed to take people's stuff and monetize it, dude. Most places call that theft of intellectual property.
