I know it's not a legal problem anymore due to Trump's 75-day extension- so does anyone have any idea to why the App stores won't let you download them again right now? I deleted Tik Tok so ;-;
It is on pause until they can determine what will happen to the app, whether it will be banned altogether or someone buys it from ByteDance. Those who did not delete it can still use it. However, if you delete it, you will not be able to re-download it as it is no longer available in the App or Google Play.
Gone until a sale is made to a USA company. The extension is just an extension.. doesn’t mean it is now allowed.
Because the app stores want no responsibility if it’s deemed Trump’s order was illegal. They have zero accountability if they simply don’t allow it. Just go to the website and use it until it all plays out.
