Why the quality of my videos gets destroyed when uploading?

I started uploading Edits on Tiktok like a week ago and I don't understand why it keeps lowering my Quality from 1080p 60fps to around 720p (sometimes seems lower than that), Is this a common problem or only for new accounts? (I turned off data saver and check everytime the "allow high quality" square)
