Creator fund question

My RPM used to be pretty decent (from what I thought,) at at least $1.20, however, recently my videos are getting pushed to other countries, like Germany, Great Britain and Ireland and now my RPM has tanked to around 30-40 cents. Now all my videos are gaining more traction than usual but really it’s because of this international base. Is this happening to anyone else? Videos that may have typically brought me $600 are now bringing me only around $150 or so. Thoughts?
