is it possible for another account to view tiktoks i’ve shared to only one person?

the tiktok’s i’ve been sending to my boyfriend have been popping up in my notifs as another account viewing them, he says he doesn’t know what account it is or anything about it but is this possible? i feel like he wouldn’t lie to me but this goes back to videos i’ve sent him awhile back. Is this even possible, that some random account is viewing the videos i’ve sent him or is he lying to me lol
