Can I redownload tik tok when I leave the us?
If I have a phone with an american number/sim card, etc, but I leave the us for a bit, could I redownload tik tok? and if I come back to the us after would it stay?

nope. your device was purchased in america, you have a number from america. even if you moved to another country, unless you buy a new phone from that country and get a number from there, tiktok will still be banned for you
