I'm a sophmore in high school and want to post on tiktok but don't want people at my school to figure out because it is kinda embarrassing to do lip sync videos. I don't know what to do because I also want to make videos of me singing so one day I can become a musical artist. I need some opinions.
Make a new email with your stage name and never tag your location. Make sure to not allow TT to follow your contacts. I accidentally opened my with a different email and I never see anyone I’ve ever known.
When you’re a successful musician they’re gonna see it anyways! As someone with 217K followers now the best thing I could have EVER done was decide I didn’t care if the people near me saw it or not (and tbh they didn’t even start seeing me until I was popular).
This is a very common concern but I promise you if they’re on TikTok, they’re either doing the lip sync videos or wishing they had the guts to do them.
