Somehow TikTok uninstalled from my phone last night and now I can’t get it back, just great.

I wonder if it’s because it tried to update overnight? I remember seeing a lot of people on TT warning everyone to turn off your auto updates because of this or the app not opening at all anymore. The only other alternative I can think of is maybe it was offloaded from the phone and because it’s not available in the App Store anymore, adding it back after offloading won’t work.

It’s because your TikTok auto-updated, luckily I turned mine off before it was too late. But if you have other devices that also have TikTok make sure you turn off auto updates in settings.

i can help you redownload it if you want, you’ll need to change your region to canada though. by doing so you’ll need cancel your subscriptions. if you have an applecare subscription you’ll need ti cancel that too and you can’t reactivate. you’ll also have to wait until the subscription expires before redownloading. if this doesn’t apply and you want to proceed lmk!

This happened to me too :/ turn off your automatic app updates and the offload unused apps toggle on app store.
