Wrongfully age restricted

I sent my ID and went through all the motions and yet somehow they think i am under 20? My ID birthday states i am under 21 until 2024 (it’s 2025) and i sent my birthday. i’ve jumped through all their hoops and i’m still restricted?? i am so confused and annoyed do i really seem that young or are they just not actually looking at my submission
