Both my 2 recent videos got posted 10+ minutes ago and is at 1-2 views? I’ve been shadow banned for a few months now but like why this

You’re not using popular hashtags, your videos have the same aesthetic, uploading too fast, and a lot of it has to do with engagement. Try using hashtags and adding captions to your video and using the text feature to add hashtags that appear for like .5 seconds. Also, are you creating content that people actually want to view?
Are you actively liking and sharing posts after watching for more than 5 seconds?
