all my messages get marked as innapropiate

im really confused about this, im gonna give some context

i just got my account banned after making a bunch of comments (im not even gonna lie, i did insult a guy on his comments but to be fair he did deserve it) and my account got banned since that was the last straw

anyways
that account got deleted and i made a new one, with another email and all, and it worked fine for a day but now every time i send someone a video or just a message THAT DOESN'T EVEN BREAK THE RULES it gets marked as unappropriate and it wont even send, even a simple "hi" or a video from my fyp is marked as offensive even if it's just a normal video????

does this has to do with the fact that i already had a completely separate account banned??? or is this a tiktok problem?????
