Advice on this warning??

I've been posting on tiktok for years and never had a problem. I'm new when it comes to tiktok live so I decided to go live playing a game while listening to the jubal podcasts. I've seen so many lives of people doing the same.

The violation was for "gambling", The only thing I can think of is someone said they met at a casino or something in one of the episodes but I didn't think that would be a violation. Am I in the wrong for this? Should I just never put on jubal podcasts in the background?
