"LIVE Studio access will soon be available. Stay tuned for updates."

I have been trying to stream TikTok LIVE alongside my Twitch stream for a while now and everytime I try to use the TikTok LIVE studio the following message pops up: "LIVE Studio access will soon be available. Stay tuned for updates". I don't know what to do. I've contact support. I follow all of the requirements to go LIVE so I don't know what the issue is. I'm also able to go live on my phone, but I can't on my pc.
