Age Verification

What can I do to verify my age? I’ve given not one but two different forms of identification. If my passport doesn’t work what else am I supposed to do? Genuinely I feel like i’m an agent for NATO wielding secret codes showing my government issued IDs and they still want to say i’m not above the age of 16? I’m so confused right now.

EDIT: My literal government issued PASSPORT did not work. My fucking PASSPORT. Not my drivers license my PASSPORT. What the hell is going on?
