How does my vid have ~400k views but ~300 “unique viewers”? What does this mean?

Also I said unique viewers bc when u click on the little info thing on total viewers it says “number of unique viewers that watched your video, formerly known as reached audience”

A few people probably fell asleep watching your video and it played over and over
