Tiktok Creator Rewards

I have this account with 15k followers made in Italy, i'm about to move to the UK permanently and I don't have Tiktok Creator Program Rewards since it ain't unlocked in Italy for now. If I move to UK I can change account region and get Creator Program Rewards unlocked on my account?
