Tried to reinstall TikTok but not in the App Store??

I was trying to figure out how to enable reposts for my content and the repost option wasn’t showing up in settings. Something online suggested deleting the app and redownloading, so I did that, and now I see that TikTok is apparently not available for redownload in the US right now. I believe because of the TikTok ban, although it has been halted.

Am I screwed?

There’s a workaround using a VPN and changing your country to Canada, but it only allows you to do it if you don’t have any Apple subscriptions. I unfortunately had Apple care and a podcast subscription when I tried it so I have to wait for both of those to expire before I can do it.
