Are these good statistics? I dont understand why do my views drop after an hour like that?

I can’t speak about statistics but your videos get boosted for a certain time after release to be recommended to others, but if during that certain time you failed to impress your video will stop being boosted

I believe now do correct me if I’m wrong : is that it’s because you don’t get enough likes, shares, comments, and saves within the time period that the video is being shared , it’s an automatic computer operated algorithm, I don’t know how many you have to have , approximately 7 people have to click every button on your page meaning like, comment, save, repost. In order to have your video be pushed out another grip of times to a more larger audience hoping to get the same sort of treatment meaning the likes , shares , comments , saves , reposts

No. 4.5% watching the full video on a 12 second video is very bad

Most viewers stopped watching at 0:02. That tells you all you need. TikTok won't promote content that no one watches. It gave it an opportunity but it did not make past what I call the discovery phase.
