A big problem that I am surely not understanding.

I have an account that I use to spread gospel and another for spreading love to the kids. But the one for spreading gospel has refused to upload any videos. And the video it has refused, I have posted it on the account that I use to spread love to the kids. And it has surely posted, I am wondering what is the matter.
