Should you private videos that didn't do well?

I'm so back and forth with it. I'll private then unprivate and back and forth.

Basically I've started to actually make content on tiktok since I work in marketing but this is my personal account for fun. Since actually trying (back in Oct) I've had three 1 million view videos, one 2.3 million, a couple 100k+, a couple 10-50k and then the rest are duds (like at least 50 of them) and are between 300 and 400 views.

The 300-400 views I end up just making private after a week. It looks silly next to a video that has 100k views.

For algo purposes should I keep all videos available? Should I delete them? Should I keep them private?

Keep them all up. Not to be harsh but hiding it is a little dramatic and there are still people who want to see those videos.

I actually think it’s fine to private them. If they didn’t do well, people obviously didn’t enjoy them as much—so as a whole, people will scroll through your channel more if it’s only the videos they enjoy.
