Can I Make Money Posting Screen Recordings of Abandoned Places from Google Maps

I want to start making money by posting screen recordings of abandoned houses, buildings, restaurants, etc. using Google Maps (or maybe a different app if needed). But I’m wondering—would this be considered copyright infringement?

I’ve seen big accounts like JayExploring do it and monetize their content, so I’m curious how they get around this. Do they have special permissions, or is it just not enforced?

If anyone has experience with this or knows a better way to create similar content without risking copyright issues, I’d love some advice!
