Has anyone gotten back organic views after using promote

I make fashion content and used to regularly get over 5k views (some reached hundred Ks- a million) before but it had dropped when Tiktok started getting more popular for creators. I tried out promote for some of my videos and have noticed that it kinda fucked up my organic views and my vids just reach around approx 500 views now. And as Ive read here, it did mess with a lot of you guys here as well.

I do wanna ask, has anyone ever gotten back up to their feet (pop off w organic views) after their account got fucked up by promote? How long did it take? Is it better to start a new account instead? ty!
