I post in English, only watch English videos, my preferred language is English, yet my only viewers are Korean (my current location). How do I change this?

How in the world do I get viewers from English speaking countries? I'm from the US and make content in English for other westerners, yet I'm only getting Korean viewers.

What can I do? I'm trying to target the western audience, but because of my location, it seems that tiktok doesn't care that I'm speaking in English and not Korean.
