is do you get engaged followers?

for reference i started in october of 2024 and am now sitting at 415 followers and 6,755 likes. I’ve tried literally everything. i’ve studied my analytics for posting times and have posted 1-3 times a day. I’ve chosen the most popular times and only posted once a day. i’ve tried doing twice a week. i’ve tried viral sounds or trends and it’s not the fact that my videos are boring either it’s jus that they don’t get PUSHED. the few i have gotten lots of responses from makes out at 20k views but otherwise i usually get 100-1000. I’ve even tried doing the “bottom to top” method. i’ve varied the amount of # i use and which ones i pick. i’m stuck…
