Why is TikTok having so much Captcha?

If I like a video or follow someone, before it does the request, It gives my a captcha, and it is very annoying for me and No I don’t Have a Vpn, it just does that. If I post a video it says invaild parameters, I have tried on a different device, does anyone know why and how to fix this?
